LCD screen structure:

Generally, a liquid crystal display is composed of an upper substrate assembly, a lower substrate assembly, liquid crystal, a driving circuit unit, a backlight module, and other accessories. The lower substrate assembly mainly includes a lower glass substrate and a TFT array, while the upper substrate assembly consists of an upper glass substrate. , Polarizing plate and film structure covering the upper glass substrate, liquid crystal is filled in the gap formed by the upper and lower substrates.

LCD

On the inner side of the lower glass substrate, there are a series of conductive glass microplates corresponding to the pixels of the display, TFT semiconductor switching devices, and vertical and horizontal lines connecting the semiconductor switching devices, all of which are made by microelectronics manufacturing processes such as photolithography and etching. A cross-sectional structure of the TFT semiconductor device of each pixel is formed.

On the inner side of the upper glass substrate, there is a layer of transparent conductive glass plate, generally made of indium tin oxide (ITO) material, which acts as a common electrode to form a series of electric fields with the numerous conductive microplates on the lower substrate . If the LCD is in color, the three primary colors (red, green, and blue) filter units and black spots are spread between the common conductive plate and the glass substrate. The black spots are used to prevent light from leaking from the gaps between the pixels. , It is made of opaque material, because it is distributed in a matrix, it is called a matrix of black dots.
