First go to the "Planning Bureau" to apply for installation. That is: whether the setting plan of the LED display meets the relevant requirements, and whether the setting plan of the electronic display is agreed. Need to provide information: there must be a lease agreement of the advertising location, a map of the advertising location, a safety certificate, and a proof of electricity use, a structural drawing, a photo before installation and a rendering after installation.
Second, after the application is successful, go to the city management department of the "Construction Bureau" to proceed with the application. That is: whether the installation of the LED display will affect the city, etc... related damages. If the installation area of the LED display is relatively large, it must be approved by the Transportation Bureau before it can be installed.
